Weekly Photo Challenge: Dreaming

About this week’s theme:

Dream. We chose this week’s photo challenge subject because it utilizes one technique we love to play around with: long exposures.

 

Taking long exposure shots is very difficult for me. I don’t have a steady hand and usually don’t carry a tripod with me. I took this photo last year at the Niagara Falls. The falls are lit in multicolor lights thrown at them from afar. It is quite a sight to see but I found it difficult to capture on camera. You cannot see it in the pic but the vantage point I was at was teeming with people and we barely got a few minutes at the spot.
